Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During periods of high demand, product launches, or restocks, processing times may be extended. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Destinations
LOWSTREET ships within the United Kingdom and internationally. International customers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with local import laws and regulations.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- International: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays & Lost Packages
LOWSTREET is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, incorrect address information, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier directly.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
